I broke my femur and had to have surgery 2 days ago. I was given a prescription for crutches and was told to take it here. Obviously I can’t drive or walk so I had my boyfriend go pick it up. They said I had to be the one to come in with my photo ID. I literally can’t walk, and now that they won’t even give me my prescription, I don’t have crutches. I’m so thoroughly disgusted, how could you do this to someone? Terrible.
I went to Walgreens to get my nebulizer and albuterol. Walgreens told me I needed to get nebulizer at Jayhawk never been there before but they made it easy even dealing with Medicare. A week later still no meds from Walgreens so I took Nebulizer back where the nice reception lady helped me again. Saying Walgreens won help. So she went and fixed me up again. Exceptional service and willing to go the extra mile.
Very rude customer service by phone. A prescription needed transferred to them and they refused to help and I was told it was my problem to figure out.
