After my roof, window trim and awnings were damaged by a hail storm, I had to file my first insurance clam. S&A Construction took care of all of the damage, including taking on additional (non-insurance) work to repair the ceiling in my sunroom. Their staff is professional, friendly (my dogs loved them) and the finished result is just beautiful. I appreciated the time and effort they took to answer my questions and ensure I was satisfied with the results after each job was completed. I highly recommend S&A and their amazing crew! (Thank you, John, Jason and all of your team members, for several jobs well done!)

It's always a pleasure working with Nate Johnson and the S&A crew. They have always been respectful and cleaned up well after each project they've done.nnWe have used them for several home repair and improvement jobs from roofing to insulation to window repair.nnThe customer service Nate provides is always great and we're so glad we found a good contractor. We know a lot can go wrong and that just isn't the case with S&A. I trust them to provide quality work and appreciate them so much.nnIf there's ever anything we're not happy with, no matter how small, they make sure it's right before closing the job. And I can be picky so kudos from this happy customer!

We became familiar with S & A Construction through a insurance claim we had last July. Allstate provided us with 3 companies they dealt with on our type of claim, and S & A provided the initial review. Nate Johnson - & Rick explained the entire process & worked with us to resolve multiple issues associated with a huge tree that had fallen into our home. Over the next year, we had S & A provide an estimate for new windows. Something we didn’t plan for, but with our City offering such a good incentive - we went ahead & had all our windows replaced. Just recently we had S & A install backsplash in the kitchen of our home. The estimates provided have been right on target, the workmen have always been very professional & cleaned up every day they are here. The proposal they provide is up front on details, & like I said the estimator / project manager has been in contact with us multiple times during each project. We have been very impressed with all our business interactions with S & A, and we look for this business relationship too evolve as time goes on. There are other projects we have planned, S & A will be called for estimates - & work

S&A took care of our smoke mitigation and repair needs. Everything was handled with quality and care. Their staff was always respectful and kind. Cleaning service was impeccable.

Resided my house and replaced fencing. Loved that the same crew came each day and everyone was so professional and skilled at what they were doing. My questions were answered and my input was requested when there were finish options. Have had bad contractors experiences in the past, but will use S&A exclusively in the future-nothing but a joy to work with and couldn't be happier with the results!
