Very professional and very personable as well. The repair work photos clearly show we were in for more serious damage if not for the excellent work that was performed by the Rhoden folks, in a timely and efficient manner. Hands down the best roofing company I have ever dealt with! With a multi-building property and a couple hundred residents, it is critical to have a professional group on hand to navigate the many obstacles that come with replacing roofs. Rhoden sets the bar! Communication was second to none as they formulated a course of action allowing us to properly notify our tenants and eliminate the typical complaints often received with this scale of work. All details were communicated-- from placement of materials, additional repairs needing completed, and what building they were to do next. Big kudos to Brett, Drew, Cole, Kendall and the rest of the crew on site who were diligent in getting the job done quickly with superb results along with treating residents with the utmost respect. I have never heard so many compliments about a contractor! Clarity, professionalism from start to finish and attention to detail makes all the difference. You can stop looking for a great roofing company--they are right here!!!
Rhoden Roofing is a very professional and caring company! Their technicians were fast and efficient. After completing the job, they left the site immaculate! Cole and Erica were very conscientious and professional! They treated me with respect, consideration, and kindness. As a neighboring homeowner of the project, I’ve never observed any better contractor. I would recommend them to any and everybody!
From the minute Jacob came out to look at our roof all the way through Cole and his crew doing the work we felt very comfortable with the process. Even the gutter guys came - took everything off and let me paint over the weekend before they put the new gutters up. They were all very responsive. I really could not be happier. Anytime I had a question - they had an answer. I never felt put off. Cole and Jacob are the best!
