Amazing service, reasonable prices and the staff know their stuff. We have bought 3 scooter from them with good luck everytime. I would not go anywhere else.

Had the best experience here & Charlie was amazing figuring out what was wrong with our scooter and fixing it within days. He was personable & knowledgable on what may have been wrong with it before ever Starting it and looking at it.nSad to be leaving the states next year to have our scooter worked on here.

I would have loved to given Mike’s Bikes a better review. And I don’t usually write reviews however this was unacceptable as far as customer service goes.nFirst of all it was difficult getting ahold of someone on the phone since we kept getting an answering machine. We left several messages regarding the repair of a leaky carburetor this went on for several weeks. Never received a phone call back from them.nSecond: Had to drive there with carburetor in hand just to see if they could do the work on it. Left the carburetor with them on 4/23/19.nThird: Checked on it today 4/30/19 just to be told that they had not touched it because they had a bunch of scooters come in and it would be a couple more days to get it done. Obviously we were not happy but said okay.nFourth: Then to our surprise husband received a call this afternoon (4/30/19) saying that it was done. When questioned about it further found out that they did not pressure it up to see if the leak was still present or not. So the guy knocked off $25.00 of the original quote. We appreciated that.nFifth: Got it home and put back on found that it was still leaking and was out $53.75 for nothing.nHusband called to let them know that it was still leaking they told him “Sorry we did the best we could do.” Sixth: So obviously “THEY DON’T GUARANTEE THEIR WORK”. After all this BS... Husband decided that he would take it apart since there wasn’t much else we could do at this point. Found that there was some crud under the needle/seat. So BEWARE OF THIER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
