We rent out this facility annually for a religious celebration for the Memorial of Christ's Death. This hotel works with us so well and is always accommodating and understanding. We love coming back here each year, especially since the remodel a few years ago. Great location as well

Amazing staff. Nick at the front desk did a great job hosting us. Very professional and friendly. He made the stay a 5 ud83cudf1f star stay all the way. Thank you

We had high hopes because it says 3 star hotel. The room was as expected nothing glamorous, but was clean and gave us enough space; as for 3 star experience it definitely fell short. Our had no remote for the TV and I had to call 2 times to get one so we could at least watch some TV. Another issue we had was with the social distancing the elevators should only have 1 room occupants which would be ok except there is I believe 9 floors to this hotel and 1 elevator due the other ones being down the 2 days we were there. So waiting on the elevator was a nightmare. The 1 major thing that warranted this review was claiming this is a 3 star hotel, but the breakfast was not complementary as SO many others offer. We were surprised to find that a 3 star hotel wouldn't, but out friends stayed in a 2 star down the street and had free breakfast. I've stayed in other Holoday Inns and they were free also. But not this one. Plus the poor lady working the breakfast area was all alone working 20 tables. She was spread thin trying to keep up with the demand. For these reasons I cant give any more than the 2 stars.

Pool is open currently (online it said it's not). You have to reserve your spot which is fine. On the door to the pool it says NO FOOD NO GLASS. We brought cans and were told we weren't able to bring drinks at all. Then were told we couldn't have them in the pool area at all. Nothing said this anywhere.nOther than that minor inconvenience great place to stay! We were in for a funeral and they made it easier on us since we had to stay somewhere. Felt very comfortable. Husband left the room and didn't realize the door didn't latch. 2 hours later we freak out but nothing was touched. Definitely felt safe here.
