Restaurant staff is exceptional. Very pleasant, outgoing, and professional. She was so nice during evening service at bar. Was really on top of it. Excellent service! Hotel needs to clean rooms better. Disinfecting and cleaning are separate functions. Room looks clean and in pandemic that is good. Glance behind any furniture, realize filthy. Old orange slices, straws, etc.. would have been 2 stars for just room. Staff at desk, restaurant pulled you up alot.

We stayed here last weekend to celebrate our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and looked brand new. We had heard that they had recently remodeled, so we were looking forward to trying it out. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We were very impressed that all of the employees were wearing masks and were diligent about keeping all areas clean and fully sanitized. We even saw one employee using an electrostatic sprayer to sanitize areas of the hotel. Overall we were very impressed and we felt safe and were able to enjoy our anniversary weekend. Management even sent up a bottle of champagne as a congratulatory gift on behalf of the hotel.

Having worked in the hotel industry for a number of years I was pleased at how polite, friendly, and courteous the staff was from checking in to the time of checkout however after asking for a late check out and thinking it was granted I returned to the room well before even a standard check out (945am) to find the room had been stripped of its linen already and all towels had been removed. Communication between departments is crucial and this is a perfect example as to why.

Service is great, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, they were renovated recently. Sunday brunch is delicious and a great value!

Always delivers! Best place to stay in Wichita when it comes to full service hotels! And don't forget to check out the breakfast!! Crunchy French Toast is YUMMY!
