This is one of the better Extended Stay America's I've been too.nI liked that they had air fresheners in the hallways. I didn't like that there was no a/c in the hallways so some days they were really warm.nStaff I encountered were friendly and nice except for one woman that I was told was the manager. I encountered her twice and each time she had a scowl on her face and was annoyed she was being bothered.nI stayed 25 days and did not get my room cleaned the entire time.nThey have a nice, clean laundry room.nI would have stayed longer but I had some minor maintenance issues in my room and some physical issues with my room and they refused to let me change rooms and basically I was told new people checking in where more important than me. That's why I only gave 3 stars.
Nice rooms with full kitchen and cookware upon request. Rooms and property were very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. For the value its a great place to stay and I will return.
This is a great Hotel. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean and quiet. I would most definitely stay at this location again.
There are so many reasons why I love staying at this hotel when I come to town! One of the main reasons is how clean the hotel staff work hard to keep it clean! The staff is very thorough on how they clean!! Also you can't beat the price for what you get! It's like your own little studio apt.! It's also very quiet! They have an onsite laundry room which is also clean and convenient. All of their staff is so friendly and accommodating to all of your needs! I highly recommend choosing this as your hotel to stay!!
Shower wasn't cleaned and sanitized there was hair in it! Had to have the ac/heat unit changed out and they still have my $100 deposit held up on my bank card!!!
