They are towing cars illegally without notice. There is a pandemic going on and people need their vehicles. This park WILL be paying my towing fee if my car is towed and a words from my lawyer.. Lived here for 20 years..nJust so everyone know they are fixing old trailers that have been here for 20+ years and marking them WAY up. Also rent to own is a SCAM. They favor alot of people and never mess with them. Buy a house, they are basically the same price but better. Also water goes off alot and then they charge you when the water is turned off. They also take rent off to post positive reviews..

I've been living here for quite some time and so far I've enjoyed my experience! Ingrid and Erick are ery helpful and very kind! The park is very calm and quiet at night and overall a pleasant place to live in! I would totally recommend if you're looking for a great home!
Eric is the new property manager for park village! He is a great awsome caring person he gets things fixed in a quick timely manner he is always available in the office when u are in need of help!! He is really a blessing to this community! Thank you Eric for everything!!
I had an issue with my air conditioner system the new property manager Eric didn't hesitate to get the job done repairs fixed in my mobile home he worked diligently to met my family needs honest guy with a very good heart .. understand the needs of the tenants very professional he needs a raise for his outstanding work
