This community is pretty nice. The lots are kept nice, the shelter/mailroom/clubhouse is clean and we'll lit. Do wish there was street lighting. There is a walking path. Overall the best mobile home community in Wichita.ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Terrible, you get promised all types of things, once you move in, that's it, lot rent always getting raised, pitch dark at night, not one light in the park, have ben told many many times they was coming out to put in lights, even told, the next day, 13 years later, NOTHING, told we would have a gate at intrence, never happened, parts ben there sence I moved in, but, still no gate, oh, and if you try to move, they bill you money, you dont owe, so, you cant move, and, trash was included, for 10 years, then they wait till Christmas time to send out letters saying, now we have to pay trash, have ben robbed, on disability, sick, have had ambulance come many times, they even said, couldnt find house, cause, to dark could not see, its ridiculous, bold face lie to you, not to mention cant even see at night to get in the park, cant even add one light at the entrance, no communication, terrible
Just because the store name is near the drive doesn't mean that the store is on that side of the complex. We were going to Petco and turned into the drive where the name was. We ended up going ALL the way across, thru 2 stop signs, windy drives, and crazy drivers to get to the store.
Great place. Cleanest & almost cheapest in town. Difficult to get everything done with management, like needing street lights.
