Has more desk area against the walls than most Tru hotels do. Makes the small desk area more tolerable. Always a big fan of the big screen TV. Easier to plug in an external device for use. I hate the hotels that have tried to prevent this. A good hotel with a comfortable bed and the tru soaps and conditioners are the best. Definitely designed with a younger generation in mind but I usually stay at tru these days when one is available.
Friendly and helpful staff up front. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Water pessure was near non-existent, wifi did not work, and receptionist was not very pleasant to say the least.nOn the brighter side of things, check in through Hilton's app was easy, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Id given it 5 stars but there were some minor issues that took away from its 5 star rating. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with very modern decor and pretty spacious rooms with nice updated features. The front desk was very nice and the hotel is in a good location. The bed though was very uncomfortable way too firm it was like a mat. There was a lot of rattling form the AC unit that kept waking us up. Other than that, a good stay overall.
Had the worst Hilton experience ever.Went in with a confirm booking and staff said she cannot check me in.She doesn’t even know how to talk to a guest.And there was another old lady shes training how to do the checkin and i had to wait till they done with all their training middle of the night around 1am and asked which room i want and charged me (i payed from my points and cash)after accepting money she said she cant give me a room.I had to pull all my cash from my card and i offered to leave any amount of deposit for the room and I had cash.She accused me she cant trust me that i might run away with the tv and what she can do at that point and said she cant give me the room.Im a silver member since 2015 and im going to write about this to the cooperate.
