We stayed in a two bedroom suite, and it was very run down. The blackout curtains in all three of the windows were severely ripped, and did not block out the light anymore. The bathtubs and bathrooms were kind of gross… Clean I guess, but just very old looking and worn, mildewy. I was also surprised that this location did not have any breakfast offerings, which is why I stay at the residence Inn. I have stayed at three residence inn properties in the last month, and the one in Orlando had a breakfast that you could take back to your room and eat, the one in Kansas City had limited breakfast offerings but you could eat in their dining area, this one had no offerings at all.

My wife and I have been traveling for the last 4 weeks. The staff here was great. The location was was great. The room was extremely dated and had patch job handiwork done throughout. The granite counter tops need a sealant on the seems and better caulk job on backsplash in kitchen.Those cracks are a bacteria playground. The closet doors were falling off. Etc. The room as a whole was dingy and unclean. Not up to Marriott standards.

Needs shredded shades and window seals replaced, new bathroom caulking, some minor holes could be repaired. However the 2 bedroom 2 bath setup is a great spacious room. Nice setup.nnThe best thing would be to replace Isaiah at the front desk. At a minimum, he needs training in customer service, politeness, and how to properly make room changes when errors are made. He's unaware of how 3rd party reservations are done, and tried to place blame on customers. Made a total scene while telling us he has the highest customer service reviews in town. The manager Jeff was called. He took care of the situation and walked front desk through the process. We appreciate him. However, we've definitely never seen such behavior from a hotel clerk in all of our travels. We're hoping this is addressed, as we've seen others say the same thing.

This was my first bad experience with Residence Inn Marriott. First, my credit card was charged 3 times $850, $827 and $210 in 1 day. My company credit card was supposed to be charged. I understand that mistakes happen however the representative was not reassuring. He went as far as saying he didn’t see the $850 charge didn’t offer to look into it.nnI’ve been to multiple hotel brands during COVID-19 this is the first hotel that does not offer an amended version of breakfast. Hilton provides guest with a bagged breakfast and Holiday Inn Express serves to breakfast to its patron.nnI’m an Ambassador Elite customer I always request Residence Inn Marriott when I’m on an assignment. After this experience I will request another brand going forward.

Very accommodating! They were able to fulfill our request of a room by the stairs to make getting our 2 Great Danes into and out of the hotel as easy as possible.
