Not very clean. Gross stuff in shower corners, dirty mirror and dark liquid stuff on heating and cooling unit. Carpet not swept well. Elevator, lobby area and hallways not very clean. Not clean enough for what is supposed to be 3 star and not clean enough to instill confidence in this time of Covid.
Rooms were clean and nice.nBut nousy could hear kids above walking
Three week stay. Breakfast and lounge shutdown by Covid, did not find out until I arrived. European style rooms ok, but a little too minimalistic for long stays. Indoor pool room too hot to use.
Nice rooms. However; we are on the 3rd floor and the floors are so thin that we can't walk across them without making noise for the rooms below. We have very young children; as well. No breakfast.
AC was not working upon arrival (82 in room). Gave me a different room, but that rooms AC wasn't working much better, (only cool to 78). Asked manager to come check this 2nd room, and no one ever came. Manager did, however, retrieve our magazines that we accidentally left in the 1st room and bring to us. When arrival, we were told there will be no breakfast being served due to COVID, but there was nothing posted on their website regarding that when booked. Probably will not stay there again.
