My friend lives there her place is nice and many places around there in the park are nice too.
Full disclosure: I am not a resident, just visited to deliver in the neighborhood. The areas in which I drove were clean and orderly, the cars were all legally parked, nothing blocking intersections or corners (important when you're trying to get around with a truck/trailer) and the folks I met were very pleasant young couple with a neat clean property and house. Good experience all around.
These people are shady and will Rob you of money. They will tell you, you only have to pay so much a month then turn around and charge you more every month. So be warned, this place isn't worth it.

This place is an awful place to live!!! They have multiple break ins, and they could care less about there own residents safety. My break in happened on 05/20/20 in broad daylight between 1pm and 2pm they sent an email the month prior to there residents saying that someone vandalized the trailer(s) right up front where there office was as you pull in. They have done nothing to improve any sort of security! I would think twice before moving in...
