The bathroom was dirty. There was hair and a roach on the floor. The carpet in the entry was very worn. Beds were comfortable. We got the room with 3 double bed which was neat. They didn't have breakfast bc of covid19. They offered donuts and coffee.
It's quite, beds were soft and had no problems with anything and had a great night sleep.
Awesome hotel. Very clean rooms and area. Front desk and housekeeping were awesome. And very affordable price for the quality of room. Didn’t get breakfast because of COVID, but it looked promising.
We rated this hotel 3.5; the daily maid service was excellent and our room very clean. However, the king bed was not the most comfortable, and the carpet was worn and frayed in places with carpet tacks sticking out. The front desk staff was not very friendly and often absent during the day. We stayed for 1 week, and would probably stay again because of the discounted rates.
I checked in around 2am, had a reservation made a few days prior, and they gave me a key to a person's room, and I woke this poor women up in the middle of the night terrifying her because I had a key to her room. The night clerk told me to complain in the morning, they said sorry and nothing else. I was also showed two sheets for my room, both had my name, one had someone's else signature.
