The night manager at this hotel is by far the worst person period that I have ever met in the service industry.nHe pitched a fit over me asking for a reciept; turned something simple that would have taken him 2 seconds into a huge ordeal.nThe Red Roof in about 2 blocks away is 100X better at about the same price.

Marquee deceptive. Claims 39.95 per night and hot breakfast. Charged 62.37 and no hot breakfast. No pressure for shower. Mold on shower mat.

The room was o.k.nThe heater wasn't great.nHad to get the front desk to fix the television which they did.nThe only real issue that I had was during check in. I had booked a king-size bed smoking room on hotels.com for a great price. When I checked in, the desk clerk kind of went off on me, telling me that they would honor the room at the rate I booked but never again. When I told him that I had booked it on line he said that yes they did have that room on line but not for that pruce.
