Toiletpaper Apocalypse (11/14/2020)

I stayed here recently for about 10 days after having surgery before making the trip home. There aren't enough positive words in the English language to fully describe how phenomenal the people are who work here. ALL of them. The breakfast and coffee were great, and the room was 100% clean, quiet and comfortable. Great value too, but I've never met such kind and hospitable people, and that was what really stood out. They treated me like it was their home and I was a good friend visiting. I hope they all get raises this year, because if this was my business I wouldn't want to lose that kind of talent and truly good people. Customer experience is so important these days for a competitive advantage, and they more than excel at creating it, even apart from the quality and value of the hotel room/amenities.

This hotel is awesome! Super clean rooms, very comfortable beds, but the best part is a lady named Genie who made the breakfast! She went beyond my expectations on every level. She is working hard serving hot breakfast in a safe way, while other hotels are offering sad grab and go breakfast. Thanks for caring and doing a great job!

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient on our travels to AZ/CA. Paid extra $25 for the dog. They gave us the room right next to the exit door so it was easy to take the dog in and out. Nice people.

Candy and Jeannie were absolutely helpful on my way out of the door. And Candy even provided me with toothpaste when I realized I ran out of it this morning.nnFor the room, the bed was firmer than what I could comfortably sleep on, so I found myself waking up a couple of times through the night. The room didn’t get as cold as I would have liked either BUT the room was amazing. You could tell it was new and it felt so... comfortable. When I walked in, it felt like I was walking into my own home. I really liked it and i loved the shower. If you like showers to get super hot, you might be a little disappointed, but it did get hot and it still felt amazing. I stay in hotels almost every night and I will say that this hotel has reached top 5 for me.nnThanks y’all!

Checking in was quick and simple. The hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and well maintained. My two young kids loved the pool! The pool room was well ventilated and they loved the color changing lights in the water. Candy at the front desk was so helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay and always greeted us with a smile! Breakfast was made to order due to COVID-19 and we appreciated this option. The variety and quality of the free breakfast was great as well. I would stay again the next time we are in the Wichita, KS area.
