My Wife and Daughter and I love to use the large field 8n the summer for flying our kite!
Love living here. Move your own mobile home in as we did, or some rentals available. Manager is a personable woman who thoroughly takes care of resident's needs. Mice, clean properties, 5 miles South of Kellogg on Webb road. Positioned favorably to Wichita and Derby services to all.
This place is getting more and more run down. Not your best place to live. If that doesn't bother you then, you should be able to to live here cheap.
It's a roof over your head and definitely just a pit stop until you get your things in order. It's not clean a lot of empty run down falling apart trailers with a lot of code violations that if need fixed while your living in it they will make you pay half the cost. Total Joke I do not recommend
Have been here for 8 years and love it. We have had rough times and the manager always is there to help us.. Love her and the guys that work on the properties..
