If you look at the photos for this Google search you will see that the owners took photos of a different named and located mobile home park and displayed them under Cheney Mobile Home Park, there is only 1 Cheney Mobile Home park in the USA. and its registered in Washington State. Its just another predatory act to deceive unsuspecting families, into thinking they have the wrong review.nThe owners of this mobile home park have defrauded my family for more than $42,000 over the course of going on 7 years, we have to sue and have been in a legal battle now for more than a year, and we are aware of at least 7 other families that they have done the same too. Some of these trailers have no titles even though they are registered with the tax assessors office. Do not live here, and do not buy from them. Its not safe the owner is aware that Meth dealers live in the park and will do nothing to provide safe or adequate dwellings for their tenants.nAnd as stated in other reviews the managers and owners will never return your deposit, I know of at least 2 other families who never got there deposits back or letters of explanations as to why, in addition to the 2 more deposits that my family was unable to retrieve for the 2 different trailers we purchased that a title either couldn't be produced or was simple withheld.

Do not stay here they will not give you back your deposit no matter how clean you make the place. Me and my wife cleaned it spotless after we moved our rv out and with all this covid 19 they wouldn’t give our deposit back. The manager April keeps telling me they should be giving it back. But now she will not even answer the office phone or her personal cell phone for me either. Please people stay away from these crooks. One guy was without power for a month almost 2 months. They wouldn’t even try to hurry to get it fix. They do not care about anyone but themselves. Stay away from this please
