maintenance is something to be desired....it appears the newer mobile homes are FEMA homes.....mgmt. doesn't notify you when they go into the home....no move in inspection....when your windows leak when it rains, the doors don't latch properly, the steps are crooked or tilted, light globes are missing parts. But one thing you can count on is they will be at your front door when the rent is due. Poor MGMT and Maintenance.
Cute place they're moving in brand new trailer homes. From what I've heard it's pretty affordable like $700 a month. Only 4 stars due to the small roads/yards and lack of perks. It does have a playground though
Lakel needs cleaned up more
Off the beaten path- due to fact the dirt road coming in will do just that. Very clean and quiet-
