Great staff and great amenities. The bed was pretty comfy too!
Just arrived at the hotel. I only learned that the pool and hot tub were closed due to government restrictions that I looked up myself not listed on any sites stating its closed. I called before and was only told of the pool and hot tub being closed, no one mentioned how the hot breakfast that's offered with our room that we specifically chose because it came with a hot breakfast was also closed . This is very disappointing since it's not listed on any of there sites or any reservations sites. These are the 3 main reasons we booked this hotel. They offered a juice and multigrain bar instead which seems like a rip off from what this place normally has for a huge breakfast buffet.
We just booked a room and haven't slept here yet but I'm already so impressed and so grateful.My son is here in Wichita in the hospital and we needed a place to sleep and shower.The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating....he let us check in early and even gave us a discount.The lady cleaning rooms was so nice. The room is large, clean and well stocked.
Hospitality, and nice rooms. Not too expensive
One of my favorite hotels ever... beds are super nice.... view of the airport was awesome.,,
