Pool was closed. Ac in room was not very cool at all. Not really that clean.
Booked a room with a king bed online and when I arrived got told that none were available and was put in a room with 2 queens instead. Room was not very clean and after laying in the bed awhile noticed what looked like bites on my fiance's back. Tried to check the bed for bugs but due to the lack of cleanliness it was pretty hard to tell. We took showers then bagged our clothes up and just left. Will not be going back there
The employees were supposed to be mandated to wear masks and none of the housekeepers had a mask on the room had wiring problems and was dirty
Nice clean room. Spacious. No breakfast and pool was closed due to covid. No coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the lobby was burnt.
Very clean. Very helpful staff. There was a good bed. I slept so well.
