I booked 2 rooms for 11 nights, I was told that they have airport pick and drop. No one came to pick me. On arrival I was told no breakfast. Rooms shown on website with king size bed are totally different. Heating system was unserviceable. Have to leave hotel the very next day. Very bad experience
Clean rooms,(always a plus) pleasant employees and friendly atmosphere. Plus you can loose/forget your room key at least 5x before they even seem slightly irritated with you! ud83dude0f
I have support dogs with the documentation that states I have a need to have my dogs with me. I received word that we had lost our deposit of $50.00 because of the dogs being in the room.. I arrived late at the motel and I rose early to do my laundry down the street. When I returned I was told that we hmwerent given the deposit back because I had my dogs in the room. I took my paperwork to the front desk and tried to explain the situation to the man working at the desk. But he refused to even read my documents to support my dogs being allowed with me. He was argumentative and was asking me bizarre questions that he ready knew the answer to. He said that he would not recognize my documentation and refused to even take into consideration my situation of arriving late and leaving early the next morning. He explained that since the room was not in my name he would not listen to me. There was also a fight with the housekeeping staff and a guest. I do not recommend this establishment if you want to be treated courtesiously because he will not allow that to happen. I personally think it was more about him keeping the deposit money so he was able to pocket more money for himself.
They take $50 security deposit which stunned me because the lady at front desk didn't mention that to me and there no sign stating that. You know that's all good I can understand that but I used my debt card and it left me with barley any money. The lady said she thought she told me that which she didn't........ I never worked at a front desk of a motel but that's something you should tell your guest
It was loud when it should have been quiet during sleeping hours. There was smoking going on as well weed smoking, either in the rooms or hallways. Plus only enough towels for one person. The bed was overly firm and the pillows were flatter than a pancake. Horrible experience.
