Room smelled very strongly of disinfectant odor leaches into my clean clothes. I could smell it on personal travel case for 3 or 4 days. Price was too high for the quality of the room.nPlus there was constant foot traffic due to long term patrons it is more like an apartment building than a motel.nWon't be going back.
They told us they only had upstair rooms left, when I told my daughter I can't do that she said oh we have a suite left I'll let you have it for the price of a double. Roaches crawling on the floor and smaller ones on the walls and baseboards. The room had a musty odor
The 3rd shift employee couldn't find my reservation. So instead of 47.⁹⁵, it was 68.⁷⁹. You know, bc the benefit of the doubt goes to the Hotel, not the tenant.nThe room met the utmost of mediocre standards.
Rita at the front desk has been the most helpful person I’ve encountered in years and her help with my stay was amazing, she helps everyone
I'm giving it 2 stars because the rooms look good and have a microwave and refrigerator. If you're going to stay in your room I'll give it 4 stars. But if you want to enjoy the pool and outdoor atmosphere 2 stars is the best I can do. Not a clean environment of grounds or people.
