I was charged over $200 for my stay after leaving early. I spoke with the GM Alexi and was assured a refund was pending. I have yet to receive it. I called the corporate office and was assured I was going to receive a call from upper management and I have yet to receive one. Do not stay at this hotel, they will rob you blind all while “trying to help”. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
No hot tub.nNo indoor pool.nNo hot breakfast. Breakfast was in a paper bag.
Very good value for the money! The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The complimentary food offerings were above average. They went up and beyond to help us during our stay.
Great value ...... clean rooms holiday inn express at motel 6 pricing. Kitchen in every room ... swimg pool buisness center even has free Landry
