Wow! Great guy at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Came up to fix the TV so we didn't have to struggle. Room is incredibly clean and well taken care of. Hands down recommend it of you're staying in Wichita.
From check in it was a legendary experience. Mathew checked me in extremely late and he was as enthusiastic as ever! Made me feel very welcome. The next night I misplaced my charger, went down to front desk to inquire about any extras they might have A Mathew gave me his personal charger without hesitation! That’s first class service. Truly a great experience here at Holiday inn due to the greatest staff out there.
I stay here every time I'm in town. Great location. Lots of food in walking distance. Great staff. Usually very quite. Never had a problem here.
I have stayed at this location twice. Both times Sasha at the front desk is the reason why both experiences have been exceptionally pleasant. Her positive attitude sincerely puts a smile on my face every time I encounter her walking in and out. She is extremely informative as I'm visiting for business and not from the area. I hope they are paying her handsomely because I will be offering her a position with my company as soon as an opportunity arises. Oh.... and probably the best shower pressure I've had in a hotel. My only complaint is that they need to update their toilet paper dispensers in the bathrooms. Keep smiling Sasha and I'll see you during my next stay in Wichita, KS!!!!
Very nice place. Like how they had a easy grab and go breakfast.
