loved it here, I stayed for month & the service was amazing, only thing is the washing machines were not working properly so don't use the app, just use change. Also they didn't have enough space for garbage disposal, but overall the lake view was beautiful & the area has many food options & shopping outlet, I would love to revisit!
Confusing reservation method. Placed a reservation for two days, showed up said they only had it for one day, i even had proof of being a two day delivery and the manager still said i was lying, they continued to say that they cancelled my reservation due to not showing up even tho i did and then refused to refund my money....DO NOT STAY HERE GO TO DRURY, ITS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH YOUR STRESS
Nothing really wrong with it. Its a place to lay your head and clean, but zero charm or amenities if you were planning to stay for awhile. Definitely a hotel, not a resort.
Lovely experience! The bed was so comfortable, amazing sleep—the headboard is even padded. The room was so homey and nice, and so clean they protective seal things like the tv remote and the door to show you that they truly did clean it. Love that detail!nnThe photos on the walls of the room were beautiful and really add to the great vibe of the place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the shower/sink had great water pressure.nnThe lake behind the hotel is beautiful! Definitely take a walk around it (only .48 miles) if you get a chance! Especially at night.nnThe restaurants around the area are amazing, too! The whole area is amazing, and the hotel adds to the experience!nnI came in covid times, so the pool + breakfast area and such were closed, but I can’t fault them for something that is because of a pandemic.nnAll in all, definitely a wonderful experience! Come here! (And it was inexpensive, too!)
The room was great except, it hasn't been updated like the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Gardner Ks has been. It would be nice if there was more usb hookups in the room. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed due to Covid, even though the website didn't say anything about the closing.
