Accidentally left 2 shirts in the closet on check out. I then placed 6 calls over 3 days to them following up. I spoke to everyone from the Front desk attendant, to the housekeeping manager, to the GM. They all told me they would check and call me back, none of them did. After I called again, they all told me nothing in lost and found. The housekeeping manager lied blatantly to me. He stated he would check the room and call me back. He never did... After I called again, he said he checked personally hours after my departure and nothing was in there (weird how I had to wait 4 days to hear that). This meaning that the housekeepers who cleaned out the room stole the shirts, or the Manager is lying, lazy, or both. I travel CONSTANTLY, and due to this experience, I will never stay in a best western again. The poor service and blatant lies have cost this entire chain multiple thousands a year, and me at least $100 in shirts. Unless they find a way to make this right, I will also be passing this message along to everyone I meet with when I travel.

We had a good time at your motel. The only trouble we had when I tried to call corporate because I was told I since I stay 2 nights in a row I would receive a free night stay in the future. I call the number and they just give the run around they charged me money and it was nothing like I was told .I just want my free night. The stay wsa great and the service was protect virus free.I felt safe.

Our experience was not pleasant. The entire 3rd floor smelled like dog/cat pee, as did our room. There was a stain (looked like urine) on the floor, and the pet smell in the bathroom was almost unbearable. Our coffee, tissues, and towels (that were used) were not replaced. We brought our 6 lb. dog who found a very large chocolate peanut cluster and other candy near the bed. The single serve coffee pot still had water in it when I went to use it .... I have no idea how long that had been in there. The toilet was not flushing well when we checked in but then eventually clogged completely. When we asked for a plunger they immediately brought one to our room, but after working on it for several minutes we could not get in unclogged. When we called the front desk and asked for someone to fix it they said they were sorry but the repairman was out until the next day. This hotel is very poorly maintained and I was constantly worried about how well and if our room was even cleaned before we arrived. I ended up cleaning our room with disinfecting wipes .... it was very unnerving during this pandemic where cleanliness is absolutely essential.

Checked in the 8/21/20 lady at the desk was really nice seen that we was exhausted, first room we was offered smelled really horrible, 2nd room smelled she offer to spray air freshner we declined and sprayed our self with lysol. We where told pool was heated but it was ice cold our vent fan and bathroom light has a short so therefore it stayed on all night Room 118. We reported to the manager and he said he will have maintenance fix it. We had DO NOT DISTURB sign on door and while we where out grabbing food maintenance came in anyway with out our knowledge. When we specifically ask if they NOT come in our room until we came back. Claim the problem was fixed which it was not. Around 7:30 or 8pm I was awaken to be told we needed to be moved to another room ASAP because light fixture had a shortage and it was a hazard. So we then was move to another musty smelling room next door room 120. I will never ever stay at this hotel.
