This is probably one of the best REI in the country! Brand new with super helpful staff - Carlos and Zach answered all my questions in search of the perfect shell jacket.nnAnyway, Wichita is lucky to have such a well run store! Plus their return policy is one of the friendliest out there.
First time in an REI and the one in Wichita did NOT disappoint. All of the staff were great! I ended up becoming a member thanks to Jack who also helped me in the shoe department. I had my eye on some blundstones for a while and he helped me get the right ones for sure. A couple hundred dollars later and I’m ready for my upcoming Colorado trip!!!
Was very happy that a store opened near me. Customer service was great and they even helped me find out what goods I needed for my camping trip.
Great experiences. Have gone back several times already and has been a blast each time with great customer service.
I was extremely excited for it to open. I went in today and it had a decent selection however I was very disappointed by The customer service of one of their staff members. He was very rude. Probably will not return to this one for a while.
