Simple check-in. Ended up switching rooms last min. Front desk was helpful. Housekeeping had our room cleaned and ready quick. Thank you Bree for putting in the extra effort and helping make our Halloween great. In-room Jacuzzi big enough for two. Soft bed. Clean sheets.

The hotel front Desk clerk was completely unprofessional. My boyfriend and I arrived on 11/8 to get check in for our reserved hotel room. The front desk clerk was sleeping in the back room and we could visibly see the clerk. There was a sign posted on the desk, stating if I am away from my desk please call for assistance. So I called and the clerk woke up and watched the phone ring and then went back to sleep. My boyfriend then verbally woke up the clerk asking for assistance to check in and the Clerk stated Yes, a clerk will be right with you. And then he went back to sleep. This was 10-15mins of unprofessionalism. So we left and booked our stay down the street at Comfort Suites. The service there was beyond professional. Please don't waist your time at this hotel. It was a waist of gas diving to the hotel.

We reserved a room with 2 beds but at the front desk they changed our reservation to a one bed only and wanted to make us pay for another room to get the second bed, because of that one of us will sleep on the floor because they don't have a ruling beds. They are advertising that they are serving hot breakfast in the morning but at the from desk they will let you know that no breakfast because of the COVID19 to me hotels are taking the COVID19 as a excused to save money. Motel 8 will serve you breakfast. This is a 100%smoke free hotel but it smells like a mariguana dispensary even when KS is a mariguana free. The TV only has one channel and the remote won't work. I asked the front desk to fix it and they asked me to come down to the front desk to get another remote but it doesn't work either, other hotels will bring it to your room. Honestly do not stay at this hotel (Rodeway Inn & Suites, Salina, Kansas)

Get off the road after driving hours through Kansas and the staff had to be called to come to the front desk about 5 to 10 minute wait. Go to use bathroom in lobby which was out of order.nnThe staff wasn't wearing masks during a pandemic, clean pens weren't offered for sign in, the restroom in the lobby was broken, the pool was out of order as well with a wheel barrow visible through the door.nnThe 2nd floor had no vending or ice machine, just a hole where they used to be.nnThe room was clean though and nicely appointed except there was no coffee maker.nnWon't come back to this location again for sure.

Horrible. The worse experience. They double and triple charged our card. Then they said he was a computer glitch. They then argued with our card company. Lying about the charges. We are fighting the charges right now. We have proof we stayed in a different hotel thankfully.
