Hilton Garden Inn Salina

Best hotel EVER!!! So clean and friendly staff!!! Beds are amazing best sleep my husband and I have had at any hotel!!! The breakfast was amazing so good you will want more!!! Extremely dissatisfied with front desk hotel staff. Incompetence and rudenessnnBooked a room directly with the hotel in July 2020 for a family wedding event (group rate) end of August 2020. Had to modify the reservation as I had booked an additional night that was not needed. The reservation was modified for the wrong check in date (day after event).nnUpon arriving at the hotel the front desk could not find a reservation in any way, was very rude, over talked me, and frankly was unwilling to work through the problem.nnUpon contacting Hilton corporate, the representative was able to find my reservation within a couple of minutes and discovered the problem. I was at this point unwilling to stay at this property due to thenrudeness and incompetence of the hotel staff. I indicated this to corporate and the representative contacted the hotel to have the reservation cancelled without a cancellation fee.nnI then proceeded to book another reservation with a direct competier Holiday Inn Express (IHG, Intercontinental Hotel Group), as I should have done from the beginning. The process was very smooth and staff extremely friendly and accommodating.nnI would not recommend the Hilton Garden Inn of Salina, KS in any way, and will it will be very unlikely I will ever book a room at another Hilton owned or franchised property.nnInstead, I recommend IHG owned properties.

Great stay. Good food. Cold beer. Excellent service behind the bar.

Good clean rooms. Nice hotel. Fare food.nnLoose tile in bathroom. Internet not that great.

Beds are hard. Room was nice. I don't know why people like these! Must have a lot of people that like hard beds sleep here.
