Owner was nice, staff was nice. The only complaint I have is the costs. I went over the charges with the owner and all was correct, then AFTER we check out my card was billed for more!
The customer service desk rep, Darnell, was absolutely incredible. 100% will be back just because of him. The breakfast bar was also well kept and serviced.
Although we don't have pets that travel, this is a pet friendly hotel. Everything was very clean. Except the overwhelming wet dog smell in our room. Opened the window, helped a little. Come bedtime, we were accustomed to the smell. They should have pet only rooms the way there were smoker and nonsmoker rooms in the past.
10/10 recommend! Darnell at the front desk is the best
