Excellent hotel! We've stayed a few times and each time, we feel right at home. Everything feels upscale, clean, and everyone is super friendly. This hotel will always be our choice when visiting the area! ud83eudd29ud83dudcafud83dudc4dud83cudfc6ud83eudd47
They probably deserve a 5 but I just haven't been able to find that place in my soul that says it's perfect, however this Hotel is as close to it as I dare go , Well Done to the folks that run this beautifully maintained hotel ! Cleanliness was spot on due to this ridiculous virus, the front desk ink pens were a one use pen then sterilized or tossed , floors were clean, walls, doors . Very friendly staff ..
Hotel was clean, employees nice but they weren't enforcing the mandatory mask rule so I gave them a 3
Great staff always clean never had any problems staying at the holiday inn
Coffee maker didn’t work in our room. Breakfast was limited due to covid including no salt or pepper available. Coffee was stale. Hotel double charged us and then we had difficulty getting in touch with someone to resolve.nOur elderly parents had a handicap-accessible room and their shower flooded with each use. Attempts to correct it by maintenance didn’t work. Overall it was a nice hotel but we were pretty disappointed.
