I have stayed at the Vintage Charm on many occasions. It’s always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying there if you are anywhere in the area and need a place to stay. The owners Ann and Tony are great people and will do anything to make sure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We've never stayed at a B&B before and Tony and Ann made our stay a fantastic experience. Ann's egg souffle and coffee cake were so filling. The chocolate cookies were the best I've ever eaten. The table was decorated so elegantly we felt like royalty. It was great to be able to use the kitchen and to have the whole house to ourselves. We will be back next time we're in town.

We reserved the inn for Christmas this year and our stay couldn't have been better! The inn was impeccably decorated for the season, with Christmas charm everywhere! Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the beds were nice.

This is a very comfortable place for a work crew. We were in Blue Rapids doing some maintenance work and discovered the guesthouse. We appreciated the relaxing evening drinking a beer on the front porch as the sun sat. The guys really likes Ann's coffee cake. We'll be back if we get down this way again.

My wife and I and a bunch of friends stayed at Ann's Guesthouse to ride our bikes on the hilly country roads to Alcove Springs. Ann made us a great breakfast and printed off maps for us, before we headed down the roads of Marshall County. We stayed Friday night and biked 30 miles North of town Saturday and then we biked 25 miles South of Waterville on Sunday. The guesthouse was the perfect place to stay for this venture. By the way, Ann makes the best coffee cake ever. We will be back in the fall for another bike trip.
