Diamond Select here, I've stayed in hundreds of Best Westerns. This one is on the better end of the scale, friendly staff and coffee makers that don't have mildew in the hose. They can't do waffles (which is sad), but that's nothing they can control due to coronavirus right now (hi future people).nnMinor complaint: I had a Jacuzzi suite room, but it was dim. Really, noticeably dim even with every light on. Perhaps the dimmest BW I've ever seen. Definitely needs more lighting, and two bulbs are out in 101.nnOnly one really issue stood out, easily corrected. The hot water appeared to be out, frustrated me as I tried several knob positions while undressed. Turns out it cuts off if nobody has used it for a while and you gotta let it run five to ten full minutes because they use contact heaters. No big deal, but they don't tell you or have a sign in the bathroom. As a result, the poor front desk gets endless complaints and have to explain it. Also a waste of water.nnFifth star edit when management tells me they've corrected it with placards / notes in the bathrooms.

Room was very clean. Customer service was amazing and I actually had a Jacuzzi in my room. Awesome. Will definately stay again. Breakfast was bagged but good.

Hotel was clean,breakfast was covid friendly and still plentiful. Comfortable beds and nice hot showers. 4 stars because the coffee was awful and tea only had lukewarm water.

Paid in advance for confirmed reservation and young gal desk gave last room away to the guy in line in front of me! Tried to get refund of money paid but had reserved through Expedia and Best Western manager kept refusing to acknowledge I had a reservation so no joy. Give this place a pass.

The rooms are clen the grounds are maintained. The excercise room is open and functional. The staff are pleasant. The breakfast is good.
