My brief experience here was one for the books. Everything seems decent, staff seems helpful. Then we get to our room, the key doesn’t work for five minutes. Finally get inside, only to find that the smoke detector (in the non-smoking room) is covered with plastic wrap, the AC unit was off as it would not run without a loud buzzing noise, and last but not least, above the beds is a large and prominent BLOOD spattered stain on the ceiling. Mortified, we requested a new room and were switched immediately. Upon getting to our new room, we find the bathroom to have clear blood stains on the walls as well. I understand that things happen, but the blood was the first thing I noticed upon entering both rooms. How is that something you miss? TWICE? Clearly, we will not be staying the night tonight, or ever.

Some of the place is under renovation but a very nice place to stay. Our crew had stayed here for the better part of 6 weeks while working in the area and absolutely no real problems to speak of. The staff are all very professional and helpful. The beds are new and extremely comfortable, awesome showers, nice big TV, fridge, microwave. Would definitely recommend staying here!

They did not tell us not to drink the water when we checked in. Found a note on the table in the room. Glad I didn't soak in bad water in the hot tub. Needed a hot tub after driving all day

Staff were great and very accommodating but everything else about the hotel was not good.nOutside rooms were sketchy so I changed to an inside room. I could hear everything because of the large atrium space that includes an indoor/outdoor pool. Looks newly remodeled but there was mold on the ceilings. I ordered a salad from the restaurant and couldn't finish it because it didn't taste right. Sorry, but I won't be staying here again.

We came in early, freezing cold on motorcyles and the front desk quickly got our 2 rooms ready and upgraded us to inside doors overlooking the pool area. The hotel was nice, people friendly, and the rooms were wonderful. Comfy beds, recently remodeled and clean! Pool and spa/hot tub were clean and well maintained also.nThe only complaint was the breakfast! They need staff supervising it for the time that it is offered. Coffee and eggs were gone in the first 30 - 45 min and we had to track someone down to replenish. They finally came and fixed the coffee, but we left before they ever came back with the eggs. Also, the waffle mix tasted terrible, like it was old.nOur thoughts were, if you're going to offer the breakfast (which was in a lovely area), then you need to staff it and keep it going. If not, then don't offer breakfast and trim the room price some.nIf we are in the area, we WILL gladly stay here again, but will plan on eating breakfast elsewhere if needed.
