We love our new home! It’s a wonderful community for our children. The neighborhood is well kept, our maintenance crew is wonderful, friendly, and takes pride in their work. West Hills is a great place to live. We just moved in and so far it seems like a nice quiet community. Christina in the office is very helpful and I can see us living here for a very long time.
Thanks to West Hills and Christina not only was I able to get away from the delapidated conditions parkview had us living in, I was able to buy my first home!!! My credit was horrible too. Christina is an amazing property manager along with the rest of the company who genuinly cares for you. We have lived here since July of last year (have lived in Emporia for 32 years). Since IMPACT has taken ownership of the park it has seen MANY great changes. The manager (Christina) is VERY responsive and receptive to information, suggestions and questions. Gus & Dustin tackle any maintenance issues very quickly, usually within 24 hours or less. IMPACT has an site for their tenants that keeps track of your signed contracts & dates, a way to pay your rent online, leave messages for management (easiest way I have found - as Christina is busy around the park and not always in the office to answer the phone). We are very please.
I have lived in the same place since 2014, in fact it is my blue and white trailer that is the first picture you see on here.nThere has been a lot of changes since I moved in, had to sign a new lease this year with the new management.nThere has been a lot of great updates being done in the trailer park.nnOur Maintenance man Gus is the best! He will help you out if he is able to.
