I found this place to be charming. Very clean and new facilities. The most courteous staff I might have ever encountered at a hotel. Yes we had limited experience for Covid reasons for safety. But was a great value for the price.
Spent 4 days here last week for a family wedding. Before we even left I called to get some help getting flowers into the room for the bride and groom. Malcom, one of the front desk employees was the biggest help ever. His professionalism and positive attitude to my needy requests was amazing. I had already been impressed without even stepping foot at the place.nThen on the wedding night we needed help with some things, Brenna accommodated our whole group. She really looked out for us. I really felt welcomed and cared for during my visit here. Not to mention the rooms are phenomenal. 5 star experience thanks to Malcom and Brenna.
Lobby was clean. Staff was helpful. Front desk attendant super nice and helpful.
The location is perfect! Downtown Leavenworth, close to the military base and everything else you'll need! The amenities here are wonderful as well! It looked very modern and clean... my only negative is the particular room I got wasn't completely clean... i could tell it hadn't been vacuumed there were bits of paper and my friend found a pea on the floor. But probably one of the best options if you want to be in Leavenworth
Spent a month here caring for my client. Absolutely will recommend great hospitality. Love the decor around the hotel with great rooms. Friendly staff around the clock willing to help in anyway. Thank you to the morning and night managers. My company required several keys for our staff. The managers had no problems accommodating us. Great location in walking distance of everything downtown.
