Customer service here is excellent! I have only great things to say about this bike shop! The two bicycles we brought in were fixed very quickly. The staff assisted us with every question we had and added all the new products to the bicycles as requested. The prices are reasonable and after our initial visit we will not go to any other place if we have any problems or want any changes in the future. Thank you for your excellent service and for being kind, professional, and quick with all the adjustments and necessary fixes needed for our safety!

It was a great personalized first visit to the shop and everything I could ever imagine as a first-time investor into a road bike. Treated me with dignity and respect. The staff made sure I was taken care of and made me feel like I was a new member of the family. Even the customers as they came and gone were inviting and heartwarming.

Everyone at Santa Fe Trails Bicycle Shop is very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a super job of cleaning and tuning up my bicycle; replacing old worn out cables and tubes after my bicycle had been in storage for quite a while. My bicycle now works great and looks good too. Also, my bicycle was ready to pick up the day that they said it would be. I highly recommend Santa Fe Trails Bicycle Shop.

This is the best bike shop I have ever experienced. From sales, service, accessories and just getting explanations to make the best decision when it comes to your bikes it’s the best. I have bought new bikes since 1989, dealt with bike shops in numerous states and even a couple in Kansas City. These guys are great. Plus you can get a cup of coffee and spend some time talking to the other bicyclists about the great life on a bicycle.

I absolutely love my new bike and would highly recommend Santa Fe Bicycle and Coffee Shop! I was looking for a bicycle for my birthday and was shopping around as I tend to do.nThe guys at Santa Fe took the time to make sure the bicycle I found there was a good fit for me both in size and function...and I never felt pressured to buy. It took a couple weeks to make a final decision and after shopping around, there wasn’t any doubt that I was making a good decision and that the (shiny and fancy) Trek needed to come home with me... I love riding this bicycle and love that I was able to get a helmet for my daughter to ride in our trailer too! Go see Brendan and his team... they are knowledgeable and helpful... and will help you find what you are looking for!
