They are not trained on how to check in customer and was poor customer service at check in had to try to accommodate them 3 times and was 9 PM before was resolved and In my room I thought for the price would be nicer and for less than 12 hours figure would be able to check in by 1PM and then out by 11 AM no vending machines and no paper towels in rooms I could go across the way and get a lot better room and heated pool rooms there have bathtubs in them was very Disappointing other than Preston's kindness at the end of the night to help get me taken care of THANKS PRESTON AND AM CLERK YOU TWO ARE GREAT BUT NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY

Rooms were super clean and service was awesome. There was a mix up I the booking and Mercy went above ad beyond to give the beat deal as well as looking forward to future stays! Thank you so much! Super happy!!☺

Super clean facility. Brand new at the time I went. Rooms and towels were pristine and changed and cleaned daily. Staff was super friendly. Just accidentally turned our cards off after the first day lol. Best hotel in Parsons.

Front desk check in was easy! Rooms are large. Beds are really comfortable! Large heated pool. No hot tub. Delicious breakfast! All new technology, best amenities you could ask for. No more bottles of shampoo.body wash or conditioner it's all in pump bottles on the wall in the shower. All new and Awesome!!

Holiday Inn has never disappointed me.nCOVID does create changes & they have handled it well.
