Staff is so friendly and helpful! And the hotel is clean !! Love the full kitten in the rooms and the little store in the lobby is great for snacks ! Everyone is so nice who works there and makes sure you have a great stay! Thank you guys for being wonderful!
Nice hotel. Clean, has a mini kitchen, located right next to the sports complex, pet friendly, restaurants across the parking lot. Easy walk to a grocery store. We had an issue with the air conditioner our first night there. They couldn't fix it right away, so they gave us a new room. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice place, the service was very friendly and professional, Bailey, the young lady at the front desk, was a blessing and a sweetheart! She bent over backwards to make me and the guys I work with feel at home and I would recommend this place for anyone to stay! Very nice rooms, clean throughout the whole building, and everyone that worked there was very friendly, polite, and professional!
Bathroom was mostly clean. One of the towels smelled like it had never been washed. The sheets didn't look clean. They gave a nice welcome card at check in. But I had to deal with extreme noise from the upstairs people. They went and told them to quiet down and the next morning they made more noise because they were angry. I would not recommend this place. Also the elevator went down after a power outage and was down the whole weekend.
I stayed here for 11 days, and they had everything I needed. Joy (the manager) and her staff were a delight, fun to talk to, and helped me with anything I needed, big or small. Each one of them remembered who I was and greeted me every time I walked through reception. The rooms are great, and the hotel as a whole is a clean space perfect for staying a while. The location is wonderful - right across the parking lot from some restaurants and very close to a beautiful walking trail. If you're looking for somewhere great to stay in Overland Park, I would recommend this!
