This shop is the place to go. They have excellent customer service and knowledge. They stand behind their work and don't try to nickel and dime you! Definitely a really good vibe at this store. Won't go anywhere else.

These dudes are great. They are socially responsible, making certain to take all the proper precautions against the virus. They do good work, and they do it quickly. Their stories nice and clean. I've got nothing but good things to say about these guys.

Update - 7/15. Email/spoke with Craig S, Eric, Travis. Short version is I took the bike in last Wednesday and got it back the next day. All new brakes and also a crank fix based on a Specialized recall. Have taken enough rides/miles to confirm the brakes now work as expected. In the years I've used Erik's this has been the only miss. Look forward to their usual high standards in the future.n=====nPurchased new bike in February solely due to employee Eric and the years of positive advice while getting other bikes serviced. Issue: Love the bike I purchased but the brakes have had issues from day 1. They were worked on within the first month and they wanted to charge me for parts - on a new bike. Took it back and the front brakes work but not the rear. Have tried calling to get this fixed but it seems I'm ghosted. Disappointed is an understatement. Would love them to step up or just replace the bike.

PURCHASED TWO TRIKES FROM THIS STORE. TRADED THE FIRST ONE IN FOR AN E TRIKE. NOT CHEAP BIKES. SINCE COVID THEY SIMPLY DON'T ANSWER THERI PHONE UNLESS YOU HAVE A BIKE IN THEIR SHOP. I EXPECT BETTER SERVICE WHEN SPENDING THAT MUCH MONEY TO PURCHASE AN EXPENSIVE TRIKE. I GET SEVERA QUESTIONS ABOUT MY TRIKE AS I RIDE AROUND AND THEY ALWAYS ASK ME WHERE I PURCHASED IT. I TELL THEM TO AVOID ERICKS LIKE THE PLAGUE I NOW CARRY ANOTHER BIKES BUSINESS CARDS AND REFER THEEM TO THIS SHOP TO PURCHASE THEIR TRIKES. YES YOU CAN CALL THEM AND TALK TO THE OWNER.I DON'T EXPEC TO BE IGNORED AFTER SPENDING MY MONEY WITH THIS STORE. MORE THAN ONE WAY TO VOTE FOR A BUSINESS.....

Felt pressured to purchase something I didn't really want with the explanation that what I wanted wouldn't ever be available... so they say. Definitely will look online to see if that is true.nUpdate: It was true, as per the manufacturers website the product that I wanted is out of stock due to covid. It will be available again but not for quite some time. Also, thank you Eriks for responding to my review. However, I still don't like the feeling of being sold like on a used car lot.
