Excellent Stay!!!nHotel was Conveniently located. Nice Clean Room Comfy Bed. Staff were phenomenal and the customer service was exquisite! Even the manager, was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely be returning and recommending to others!!!
Absolutely horrible...nHad to keep switching rooms due to no remotes for televisions... no trash can in rooms... Beds & pillows are absolute junk , no smoke detectors ... which is a violation of health & safety code...nAlso I wanted my money back after deciding to go elsewhere 4 hours after checkout time... they refuse to even give half my money back...nI would’ve kept my mouth shut if they had better customer service and reimbursement policies
Love the lady at the front desk she was just so friendly and nice I will go back there anytime because of her
Horrible, will not be back. Room phone did not work, light above sink did not work. Could not use tv, fridge or coffee maker at the same time as there weren't enough electric outlets. No microwave. Dated decor, mostly clean rooms.
Good service. Low budget hotel. Had eye surgery down the street, so convenient. No frills, bare bones. Was like stepping back in time 20 yrs ago. Served the purpose, but not worth it otherwise.
