I would actually give 4.5 stars. Only thing was went to see if we could check in an hour early, in between games. The desk employee seemed a little bothered at first but once he understood the situation became polite and checked us in. Told us if we needed help finding dining choices or anything else he'd be happy to help. Rest of our stay was wonderful. The night clerk went above and beyond by helping my daughter out with a homework assignment and then chatted with her about school and her future plans. Rooms were clean and stocked. The fitness room was nice. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Large room, comfortable beds, great amenities, very clean & quiet. I am a certifiable “hotel snob” and was not happy that my husband booked a room at a Best Western. I’m so glad he did! The only thing I could find to complain about is the size of the bathroom. It would probably be ok for one person, but a little small for 2 or more people and their toiletries.

I stayed in this place for a night on the way of my road trip. I was very skeptical about staying in a hotel during covid but this hotel is very nice and i requested them for a room that is not stayed for past few days and they honored the request. Room was nice and big and bed is very comfortable. On top of all this, their breakfast is amazing. They have both to-go bag with muffin, banana, apple, granula bar and water bottle. In addition to it, they have burritos. They are amazing and the person who makes them, is really really amazing and she is so nice to everyone. This is going to be go to hotel here after and thanks to the the reception guy who checked us in and the amazing person who made burritos ( not frozen but real hot ones better than most restaurants )

Clean ground located by several fast food and gas station. Rooms were nice and the staff very nice. A good location to be in with good access to the rest of KC
