Jeff typically works the evening shift at the front desk. He is unbelievably responsive, no matter how small the detail. Recently when the ceiling in my room's bathroom began dripping water, he came right over to inspect the issue and I was moved into another room in less than 15 minutes. No reluctance. No waiting. Just decisive action. He's always anticipating what a guest is going to need and providing it before asked. Thanks for smoothing the way every day.
Love this hotel. The owners are really nice and so are the staff. Been here for awhile now and couldn't ask for better service. They are always willing to help you with your needs. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They offer a continental breakfast, which is decent. Coffee always hot. Scott, Chad and Jeff are excellent at the front desk. My home away from home. Very friendly and courteous staff and the beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Always plenty of clean towels and Essentials.
Don't be discouraged by the semi sad looking outside, the rooms are great with clear care put into them. With name brand actual bottles of toiletries (and enough to really use, not the typical skimpy packets most places have now) nice sturdy paper coffee cup cups with lids is an added bonus. Clean room, clean bedding, air is cold, fridge stayed cold, and extremely patient and kind front desk people. This hotel has put some effort into the little extras and it is obvious someone really is trying. And succeeding.
Worst hotel stay EVER and will not be staying . didnt clean room and room smelled of mildew and shower was dirty , floor and carpet were nasty would not recommend ANYONE stay here. Better off going to a camp ground.. Not worth the money they charge for room
