Pharmacy is trash! People who work there are truly lacking! Improve your services!
They are always nice and have never had a problem. However, they are always very busy. They need more people to work back there.
They have terrible customer service. After waiting in a long line, the cashier allowed random folks from the back to come up and she started ringing them up without considering the folks already waiting. When I stated that some of us were next, she laughed and said I can’t see everyone. Clearly an excuse. I called after leaving the store to express my disappointment and asked for the store supervisor. I was put on hold and no one ever came to phone. After 15 min I hung up. There’s clearly customer service issues in person and on phone. Not going back.
Just so you all know Costco and Sams club pharmacies are free and they are WAYYYY cheaper then CVS I know this because I needed whats call a Z Pack some antibiotics CVS wanted to charge me 550$ and Sams club was 127$ ... CVS and Walgreens pharmacies are nothing more then a RIPOFF
