Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I have pictures. Broken blinds in the bathroom. I was in a 1st floor room to begin with the bathroom window was open and the big window would not lock. I called for help and was told someone would be right there. Thirty minutes later, I called again and demanded to get a different room. With several loitering people in the parking lot (near the homeless shelter), I had to stand among them outside with all my belongings to get the key to the 2nd room. It was on the 2nd floor. Not much better. Broken curtains, broken furniture, roaches. Someone tried to break in the room at 11:30pm. I was more scared to leave than stay. The staff said I was fine when I called about it. The woman who tried to get in actually yelled through the door. I moved the nightstand in front of the door and was awake most of the night. I had a job interview the next morning, or I would have NEVER stayed there. Oh, and the elevator inspection was outdated from 2017. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Disgusting roaches horrible service/ we have given you many chances. Every time we go its in worse condition. First no vending machines then stop getting microwaves then no mini fridge always smells awful looks dirty. When I got home a roach crawled out of my bag. Absolutely gross. Do not stay here

There were roaches in our room. The bed had stains on it and cigarette burns. The AC took forever to kick in. Shower is small. Room was hot. I have to spray the whole room with disinfectant due to covid and wipe the counters with disinfectant wipes as well.nThe staff were very friendly tho. That's the only plus side of this place. Other than that not the worth of 98 dollars a night.

Horrible nasty no refrigeratornBathroom was nasty..asked 4 a refrigerator 4 5 plus days everyday never got it
