Man went in to talk to pharmacy was so overwhelmed I really didn't think they could help ..I believe his name was DEAN when I tell you he went beyond the call of duty to help me he really did whenever possible ill always go back to Walgreens for everything that I can use already been a lifetime customer but Dean's help was more than I could ask for he was very informative about everything ..he was well trained i hope to see him ass manager 1 day

Pharmacy system always seems to crash. Been trying to obtain prescription since Monday morning! Was told today at 6 prescription would be prepared and ready only to say come back in a hour system crashed! Need my pain meds like freaking Monday

This Is my favorite store, Bar-none. The Pharmacist, The Cashiers, the Managers are all very nice to me! I love shopping here because they are very hard working people. Thank you Walgreens for making me feel special! I am happy to shop at the Walgreens on 31st. Linwood! KCMO.

Im very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received from this store. There is a short aa manager with glasses that was quite rude toward me. I ordered photos online days ago and they did not have my order prepared. I was told the paper my photo's were to be printed on was out. Still today nothing and like i stated the manager was uncaring, cold and dismissive. This is my neighborhood pharmacy but after today NO More. Rude rude rude.

Waited in the drive-thru window for well over 20 minutes. The tech at the window said one minute when I pulled up. Horrible time management. Horrible customer service. If you need something from the pharmacy go somewhere else!
