The staff here is. My time manager Alicia was very very helpful during my stay. Very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. She made sure that might stay here was very enjoyable.Daytime manager Crystal was also very helpful. Can't wait to come back. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and strangers. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
Quiet in the StormnnStaying at this Holiday Inn was a reprieve from a recent hotel I had stayed in. Upon my late arrival, Brian was a welcome and professional breath of fresh air. His manner was that of serving the customer. He was timely in settling my reservation confirmation as well as providing assistance for my check-in. The following is a list of my pros and cons regarding my visit:nPros-nClean spacious hallways.nCarts available for use to move my things in.nThe halls on my floor were visually appealing. A simple picture on the wall and desk welcomed you when you stepped from the elevator. The thing that really caught my eye was the colorful carpeting. I couldn’t help but be happy with the energetic, patterned carpeting in the foyer and halls as I made my way to my room. (Some hotel hallways feel as though you’re headed towards the warden’s office; dank and drab.)nUpon entering my room, I felt an immediate calm when I noticed my surroundings. A living room/kitchenette/desk area with a bedroom separation.nThe large picture window offered a few to the world outside with or without the use of privacy sheers and darkening shades.nThe bedroom with a king size bed, chair with side table and small seating area. Again, a picture window as in the living area.nThe closet space was accommodating for a full wardrobe. An iron, ironing board and extra comforter was stored here.nBoth rooms offered flat screen televisions.nThe bathroom was designed so that the first thing you see is the vanity area with all the “just in case” items on a small tray. The towels hung on the bar with a sense of welcome. When you looked to your right, you found the shower and toilet area.nThere is a sign that states in general, no loud noises after ten p.m. Great for light sleepers like myself.nFor a list of the amenities offered at this hotel; conference space, business center, etc. go to their website.nCons-nOnly one. The back doors of the hotel that I entered that were closer to my room were not automatic or with any type of handicap button to push. This made it difficult to maneuver the large luggage cart since I was traveling alone. It was also a painful task since I have a torn rotator cuff.nOverall: I could have stayed here a week to hideaway while working on my next book. I think I will on my next visit.
Myself, Wife and 2 kids stayed here over the Labor day weekend. We enjoyed our stay, room was clean, and just what we needed. The employees were nice, I lost 2 room keys and they where happy help out. We would stay here again, you do have to ask for them to clean the room but thats expected with the Covid-19. Overall it was a great stay at a good hotel. Thanks
This hotel was clean, comfortable and close to where we needed to be. It was great having a kitchenette. The pool was beautiful but the weather was too cold for me to be swimming.
Very nice with friendly staff. Crystal definitely made sure our experience is pleasant. Luxury room with a great View. Plus it's not too far from the mall. Definitely will take advantage of the room service and go shopping. ud83dude0a
