I have lived in Boradmoor Courts for over three years. It is a great apartment for the money. You get two large rooms, big storage filled bathroom, large closest....huge storage unit in basement for free that just comes with your apartment. I love this place. If I have any issues I call them and they come out right away to fix it. Cute little pool, love the old feel to the place with the brick and large porch worth it in OP! GREAT PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET IN OVERLAND PARK KS! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious apartment.

These apartments are in a great area of Overland Park. The leasing office however does not maintain the properties. Many trees in the courtyard have large dead branches that have not been addressed in the 3 years that I have lived here. Many of the metal railings are rusted through, broken and do not meet building codes. Despite well over a half a year of complaints about these hazards, I have been ineffective in getting the landlord to properly maintain this property. This season they refused to open the pool even though Overland Park was allowing apartments this past summer. The wash and dry cycles are $1.75 each too I have never seen a washer so small cost so much! They're cheap, will not listen to your concerns and will auto-renew your lease if you do not give three months notice in writing stating that you are moving out (I swear that's how they trap their tenants). If you can afford better avoid this place. I would give one star but this part of Overland park is really great for families and I never heard gunshots or feel in danger.

Don't move here. The office staff is condescending and rude and working for a slum lord. I went without AC for a week, they replaced the central air unit and it still didn't work. There solution was to add a window unit to my bedroom window via cardboard and ducktape. I wish I could post a photo of their handiwork. Also if you have a family, stay away. I've noticed a lot of drug activity in the area. When I notified the office staff they basically said it was not their problem. Steer clear. Glad I'll be out in September
