Celebrating my baby girl's 18th birthday. We had a room with 2 separate bedrooms with shared (supposed to be fully stocked) kitchen and living room with fireplace. Hot tub had been broken for several days and still was broken. Room was not clean. There was a light smoke and stale odor even though they are supposed to be non smoking rooms. It was very obvious this was not a room used by guests very often. There were no cookie sheets or anything to use for the oven. There was not a pitcher for drinks. Drawers where silverware and utensils are had crumbs/dirt in them. Measuring cups and spoons had some black gooey substance stuck to them. Chair had a hole in the cushion and ground in dirt. Couch had a whitish stain on the arm and behind cushions. A wad of what I presume was wet toilet paper was stuck to the wall in one of the rooms. Fireplace didn't work. Reported dirty room to front desk. Was told they would leave a note for housekeeping. Housekeeping never even showed up the next day even for regular cleaning etc. I called front desk late in day to ask why housekeeping hadn't showed up. They put us in separate rooms across the hall from each other. Those rooms were clean and nice. However we wanted to share the living space. The table only sat 2 people in each room. So when we played a game and when we ate together, we had to improvise.

Clean rooms. A bit outdated in some areas and in need of some TLC throughout the hotel. Bonus kitchen and spacious. Overall nice hotel for $80/night. Would stay here again for that price. Lack of breakfast is unfortunate.

Staff was wonderful to work with and talk to during my 2 week stay. The room was quite spacious for just me and all of my equipment. Even with the issues of covid-19 we all had a pleasant experience at this hotel. 11/10 would recommend ud83eudd18ud83eudd18
